This project was a 10,000 square foot design build project for SRT Prosthetics & Orthotics building their National Prosthetics Center. This project was a complete interior build out of an existing facility at 1900 North Meridian in Indianapolis, Indiana. The highlights of this project included clearing 2 floors completely to bare shell and partial demolition of a basement redesigning the new facility for a complete interior build out.

Strebig Construction Inc. was selected by Arts United to do a "Design Build Adaptive Reuse" project at 300 E. Main Street, the Auer Center for Arts and Culture was formerly the NIPSCO Corporate office building. Using creative and innovative think tank efforts with the proposed new occupants of the building along with Jim Sparrow the Executive Director and a great team from Design Collaborative of Fort Wayne we led this project to an on time on budget re-purposing.

Strebig Construction, Inc. was the successful bidder on this Public Works, competitive bid and wage scale project; the building has 12 units for private owners to house their aircraft.

Strebig Construction, Inc and our design team, designed and built this 6,000 square foot Nucor pre-engineered steel building addition located at 4245 Lake Avenue, Fort Wayne, Indiana. The church and school is using this for a media center, resource room and also office space.

Strebig Construction, Inc. was awarded and has completed an unusual adaptive re-use of the former Pep Boys into a retail center located at 422 West Coliseum Blvd. in Fort Wayne, Indiana. This project required the razing of 11 service bays and related foundations and basements to accommodate the newly designed façade. Building sprinkler, and site modifications were also a focal point of this project.

Strebig Construction, Inc. in conjunction with a Fricker’s franchisee designed and built the prototype free standing restaurant now occupied by Beach Bums. This is located at 620 W. Washington Center Road. This is another example of quality high end restaurant construction with a unique application using a Pre-Engineered Steel Building.

Strebig Construction, Inc. in conjunction with Uno Corporate designed and built both Fort Wayne's Clinton Street and Maysville Road Pizzeria Uno locations (Clinton Street now occupied by Baker Street Bar and Grill and Maysville Road by Vince’s restaurant). Both projects were designed to resemble an old factory type setting. These projects are an example of quality high end restaurant construction using conventional post and beam construction with a masonry shell.
