There are numerous construction firms to choose from in the Northeast Indiana area when contemplating a new construction project.

When freeman Jewelers decided to proceed with our new retail jewelry store, we had major decisions to make. Probably the most major decision was which construction firm to use. We have worked on several projects with Strebig Construction in the past, with great satisfaction. The decision was quite easy for us.

We began construction in August 2004. It certainly seemed like a very daunting task. However, from our past experience with Strebig Construction, our apprehension soon began to dissolve. Randy and his crew were extremely attentive to our concerns. Our Project managers, Jim Coe and Ryan Troyer, were invaluable to us. We were at the job site almost daily, with numerous questions, concerns, etc. There was never a time when our questions and concerns were not addressed, if not immediately, always in a very timely manner.

We are now operating from our new location on Old Auburn Rd., (right on time with the targeted completion date) and everyone who enters our storefront comments on what a lovely building we have. Needless to say, we feel we made a wonderful decision to proceed with Strebig Construction, and are extremely happy with our results,

Strebig Construction built our Dunkin Donuts Basken Robbins building in the summer of 2004. This was our first attempt at building a commercial business.

After my initial meeting with Randy and Eric, liking them and what they offered, my decision was confidently made. We were very nervous at the beginning, but we were put to ease by Strebig Construction. We were more pleased when we visited the job site. We had our exclusive supervisor who stopped whatever he was doing when we visited the job site. No question went unanswered, everything was always to perfection. The subcontractors were top in their fields, polite, and also never too busy to answer questions. The entire team of Strebig Construction is talented, and their quality and care for perfection was fantastic. This is the second time our company has used Strebig Construction, Inc. Our first project was in 1999. In 2005 we increased the size of the 199 project by 300%.

In both projects Strebig was the most competitive bid, not only for price, but also for quality. The quoting process was open and well documented. Jim Coe conducted many meetings between our people here at Color Master and the various subcontractors before the bids were taken. This was not the case with others who bid on this job. As a result of this up font effort very few change orders were required and the total project came in at the projected cost.

The quality of the workmanship by the craftsman selected by Strebig was very good. I was impressed by this in our first project and found the same level of attention to detail to be present in the second project. The project was started and completed on time.

I have recommended Strebig Construction to others I know who are in need of construction services, and I will continue to do so.

I have had the great opportunity to work with Strebig Construction off and on for the past 11 years. I’ve been involved in small, medium and large projects with them and I have always felt that the smaller projects received just as much attention as the larger ones.

Being a facility manager for a public entity, I must bid out all construction work. Because of this, I deal with many of Strebig Constructions’ competitors. Not something I find with their competitors.

Strebig Construction built and completed a commercial building for me in February 2001. I had heard horror stories about commercial builders in general and was warned to "be careful." Although I had been talking with Randy about my project for three years, I remember the uncertainty and apprehension I felt in moving forward with this project. It was a very big undertaking for a company my size. However, Randy assured me that my fears were with out foundation. He was right.

The project was started and finished within two weeks of the targeted completion date. Being a woman, I am very detailed and have very high standards in the quality of workmanship and finish work I expected. What I found out was that Strebig Construction was even more detailed with even higher standards than mine. Their workmanship was excellent. It was a great project and one I enjoyed immensely. I was very active in the project and visited the workers daily. Would I build with Strebig Construction again? The answer is, "Yes" ..... in a "New York Minute."
