I further understand that no personnel recruiter or interviewer or other representative of the Company, other than its President or Vice-President, has any authority to enter into any agreement for employment for any specified period of time, or to make any agreement contrary to the foregoing.

If I am hired on a full-time basis, I agree to work only for Strebig Construction and will not be employed by any other employer.
