Strebig Construction was chosen by Hardee's to partner with them for this design-build project on Fort Wayne's northeast side. To make space for the new restaurant we had to demolish an existing masonry building. The new building is wood frame construction covered with EIFS and stone exterior finishes.

The spec-build for Hilton Downtown Fort Wayne was a sleek design using the existing building’s infrastructure to utilize in the build-out of the Starbucks. With the structural steel and concrete exposed it gives this space a very industrial look but also brings a softness with some wood walls, soft lighting, comfortable seating, artwork, and hand paintings.

Strebig Construction, Inc. in conjunction with a Fricker’s franchisee designed and built the prototype free standing restaurant now occupied by Beach Bums. This is located at 620 W. Washington Center Road. This is another example of quality high-end restaurant construction with a unique application using a Pre-Engineered Steel Building.

Strebig Construction, Inc. in conjunction with Uno Corporate designed and built both Fort Wayne's Clinton Street and Maysville Road Pizzeria Uno locations (Clinton Street now occupied by Baker Street Bar and Grill and Maysville Road by Vince’s restaurant). Both projects were designed to resemble an old factory type setting. These projects are an example of quality high-end restaurant construction using conventional post and beam construction with a masonry shell.

Strebig Construction, Inc. built this conventional wood framed corporate spec plan building for Tim Hall and Company. Tim Hall is a local Fort Wayne franchise owner of Dunkin Donuts and Baskin Robbins. This fine example of a quality wood framed restaurant is located at 6747 West Jefferson Blvd.
