Strebig Construction, Inc. built this conventional wood framed corporate spec plan building for Tim Hall and Company. Tim Hall is a local Fort Wayne franchise owner of Dunkin Donuts and Baskin Robbins. This fine example of a quality wood framed restaurant is located at 6747 West Jefferson Blvd.
Strebig Construction, Inc. was awarded the exterior facade renovations for St. Joseph Catholic Church located at 641 N. Main Street in Roanoke, Indiana. This project consisted of covering all exposed wood surfaces with a designer fluted steel siding and associated trims and the construction of two covered canopies over the side entrances. We also painted existing soffits and replaced lower level windows with fixed aluminum window units.
Strebig Construction, Inc. completed this design build adaptive re-use project converting a former grocery store into medical office suites for 6 doctors. This 8,900 square foot design was based around a conventional post and beam masonry building. Part of the existing building was removed to accommodate a new facade design which we continued throughout the entire shopping complex. You can find this project at 1302 Minnich Road in New Haven, Indiana.
Strebig Construction, Inc. completed this design build construction project for the Freeman’s family which includes the jewelry store and two tenant spaces totaling 8,000 square feet of conventional post and beam construction with an E.I.F.S. exterior finish on a partial basement. This building is located at 10120 Auburn Park Drive off Dupont Road.
